A barbershop that earns its search results.

Sapia's had over 2,000 five-star reviews and a website that didn't do them justice. No SEO, no portfolio, and no analytics. I built them a 13-page site designed to turn visitors into booked appointments. Four months later, organic search is their dominant channel, and ChatGPT returns Sapia's as its number-one pick when people ask for the best barbershop for special needs in Tampa Bay.

Getting found starts with getting read.

Brightwater's old site looked complete to visitors and was a blank shell to AI crawlers, built on a no-code app builder with no server-rendered content. I rebuilt the foundation as a static site AI platforms can read, then wrote pages for the services nobody knew they offered. Just over two weeks after the pool heater pages went live, ChatGPT returns Brightwater by name.

A Facebook-only show, built to be found.

Kned Right in the Middle is a short-form American music history show with a real catalog and following, hosted by Kansas music educator Kelly Knedler, and it lived entirely on Facebook where search engines and AI tools couldn't read it. I built it a fast, static home with structured data and clean crawlability, so the show finally has a layer ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity can find and cite.

Six years in. Finally online.

A small-batch spice brand had been building a loyal following for six years: word of mouth, repeat customers, four signature blends. No website. No online store. Just a great product waiting for the right moment.

I launched the full Shopify store, built the brand system, created Canva label templates the owner can update themselves, and had everything live in June with a Father's Day month special ready to go.

The credentialed, human answer.

The owner of Positive Financial Impact is an Accredited Financial Counselor opening a virtual practice in a category the big finance sites already dominate. Instead of chasing the textbook definitions, I built her six-page site around the questions people ask when they're ready to talk to a real person: who can help, are they qualified, and how do I start.

Can AI learn a brand new holiday?

Roger That Day is an unofficial holiday I created for October 4, because 10/4 reads as 10-4, and 10-4 means Roger that. It's also my cleanest test of the method: a brand new idea with no history online, and one site built to be the source AI platforms learn it from.
