Case study — Shopify build & brand launch
A small-batch spice brand had been building a loyal following for six years — word of mouth, repeat customers, a product people kept coming back for. No website. No online store. Just a great product waiting for the right moment to go official.
The situation
Four signature blends — Original, Blackening, Fuego, and Smokey — handcrafted in St. Petersburg and sold to a growing base of fans who kept coming back. The product was proven. The timing was right.
What the brand needed wasn't just a store. It needed an identity it could own and build on.
The goal was to launch in June — with a Father's Day month special ready to go — and do it right: a proper Shopify setup, a visual identity that matched the personality of the product, and a foundation the owner could actually use without needing help for every small update.
What we built
Everything needed to launch and keep running — built to hand off cleanly so the owner could take it from day one.
What was delivered
Shopify store
Products, collections, checkout, payments, and shipping — all configured and tested before launch. Nothing left for the owner to figure out.
SEO foundation
Every product and page has optimized meta titles and descriptions, structured data, and a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console — so the site starts earning authority from the moment it's live.
Brand system
A documented visual and voice system — palette, type, tone — that makes every future decision easier and keeps the brand consistent as it grows.
Canva label templates
Four blend-specific templates built in Canva so the owner can update, adjust, and print new labels on their own schedule — no designer required.
Content & blog
A recipe blog set up in Shopify's native blogging system with content live from day one, giving the brand an ongoing SEO channel and a reason for customers to keep coming back.
Six years of work. Now the world can find it.
