This page explains what information Answer Visible collects when you visit or use this site, and how it's used. Last updated August 8, 2026.
Information we collect
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get traffic, how people find us, and general usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device type, and browsing behavior on this site. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
If you sign up for our newsletter, download a free resource, or request an audit, we collect your name and email address (and sometimes phone number or business details, depending on the form) through Klaviyo, our email marketing platform. Klaviyo also runs a tracking script on this site to help us understand engagement with our emails and content. We use this information to send you the resource you requested, follow up on inquiries, and occasionally send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Contact forms, audit requests, and checklist downloads on this site are processed through Netlify Forms. Submitted information is stored securely and used only to respond to your request or deliver what you asked for.
If you become a client, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We don't store your card information ourselves; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.
We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't share your information with anyone outside of the tools listed above (Google, Klaviyo, Netlify, Stripe) that we use to run this business.
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Klaviyo to support the functions described above. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected if you do.
This site may link to outside websites: client sites, research sources, or tools we recommend. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
